These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ambon4d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ambon4d website located at https://ambon4d.cam and all associated services, games, features, and promotional programmes offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the ambon4d platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all players accessing the ambon4d platform from Malaysia, including but not limited to players in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Penang, Johor Bahru, and any other location within Malaysia or internationally where access is technically possible.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the registered player account created on the ambon4d platform by an individual User.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses, less any amounts wagered or withdrawn.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, or reward credited to a Player's Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds into a Player's Account via a supported payment method, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.
• "Games" means all casino games, slot machines, live dealer tables, poker games, and any other games of chance or skill available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the ambon4d website, mobile-responsive interface, and all associated digital services accessible at https://ambon4d.cam.
• "Sports Betting" means any wagering activity on sporting events, including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League), UFC, basketball, and other markets offered on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the minimum total amount a Player must bet before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a Player's Account to an external payment method controlled by the Player.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the ambon4d platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ambon4d strictly prohibits access to, or use of, the Platform by any person under the age of 21. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process, and any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prohibits you from engaging in online gambling activities, you must not register.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The registration of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of ambon4d or any of its affiliated entities, licensors, or technology providers.
5. Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

To access the full functionality of the ambon4d platform, you are required to create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number
• Preferred currency (Malaysian Ringgit, MYR)
• A secure password of your choosing

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ambon4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials from unauthorised access.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify ambon4d's support team immediately via the 24/7 live chat facility. ambon4d reserves the right to suspend your Account pending an investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.

You agree that you will not share your Account credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another player's account credentials. Each Account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

ambon4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorism financing ("CTF") frameworks. All players are subject to identity and age verification requirements.

ambon4d may, at its sole discretion, request any or all of the following documents from a Player at any time during the account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport).
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that the Player is aged 21 or above, derived from the identity document provided.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing the Player's name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the e-wallet account showing the registered name, or a bank statement).
• Source of Funds: In circumstances where ambon4d has reasonable grounds to request it, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for gambling activity.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the Account. ambon4d reserves the right to withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

ambon4d supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Malaysian market. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

6.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, LTC). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the absence of any pending investigations:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically within 5 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: typically within 5–15 minutes
• Direct bank wire: typically within 15–60 minutes

Processing time estimates are indicative and may vary during periods of high transaction volume or due to circumstances outside ambon4d's control. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless ambon4d approves an alternative in writing.

6.3 General Payment Terms

• ambon4d does not accept deposits or process withdrawals on behalf of third parties.
• The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are disclosed within the Platform's cashier section.
• ambon4d is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion in the case of cryptocurrency transactions.

ambon4d offers a range of promotional programmes, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback rebates, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") that must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Applicable wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
2. Bonuses are credited to the Player's Account in MYR and may only be used on qualifying games or markets as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
3. ambon4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any existing rollover obligations in progress are honoured on their original terms.
4. A Player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Unless specified otherwise, players must opt in to each promotion separately.
5. ambon4d reserves the right to decline bonus participation or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, structured deposits, or coordinated hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
6. Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible players based on their registered date of birth and applicable VIP tier at the time, subject to age verification. Tier-based bonus amounts are set out in the Platform's VIP programme documentation.
7. Referral bonuses (MYR 38 per successful referral, subject to the referred player completing first qualifying deposit) are credited after the referred player's account passes KYC verification. No cap applies to the number of eligible referrals per player; however, ambon4d reserves the right to investigate referral patterns for fraud.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the ambon4d platform, including casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and sports betting markets:

• Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software, independently tested and verified. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and based on long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds.
• Bet Acceptance: ambon4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the Platform at its reasonable discretion, including where a technical error has affected the displayed odds or game state.
• Voided Bets: A bet may be voided where it was placed after the outcome of the relevant event or game was already known, where a technical malfunction affected the integrity of the wager, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• Sports Betting Integrity: ambon4d reserves the right to withhold payment and void sports bets where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or the use of insider information in placing the wager.
• Live Betting: In-play wagers on football (including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL), UFC, and other markets are subject to the prevailing live odds at the time of bet acceptance. Network delays may result in a bet being accepted at a different price than the one originally displayed.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market. These limits may be adjusted by ambon4d at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ambon4d platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account or operating under a false identity
• Allowing any other person to use your Account credentials
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, sports market, or the Platform interface
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets to exploit bonus structures or game mechanics
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from exploitation of an identified bug will be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any financial transaction connected with criminal activity
• Depositing funds derived from fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods
• Any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour directed at ambon4d staff or other players
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited
• Charging back any deposit to a payment provider without first raising the matter with ambon4d support

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the ambon4d platform are owned by or licensed to ambon4d and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without express written authorisation from ambon4d
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the Platform
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content
• Using the ambon4d brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised

Any unauthorised use of ambon4d's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ambon4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or gambling winnings resulting from technical interruptions, server downtime, or third-party payment failures
• Losses arising from delayed withdrawals caused by factors outside ambon4d's reasonable control, including payment processor outages or banking holidays
• Any damage to your device or data arising from your use of the Platform
• Losses caused by your failure to secure your Account credentials

ambon4d's total aggregate liability to any Player under this Agreement, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to limit ambon4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ambon4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can develop into a harmful habit. As such, the following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and a cooling-off period applies before limits can be increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Limits: Players may restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may place a temporary suspension on their Account ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or long-term exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion via the live chat facility. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and remains in force for the minimum period requested (minimum 6 months).

ambon4d reserves the right, at its sole and reasonable discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a specified timeframe
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Duplicate account registration
• A Player's request for self-exclusion
• At the direction of a regulatory, judicial, or law enforcement authority

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part, having regard to the nature of the breach and any financial harm caused to ambon4d or other players.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or AML obligations.

ambon4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication of the updated Terms on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent material change.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, ambon4d will endeavour to notify active players via email or a Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you should close your Account in accordance with the Account Termination provisions above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ambon4d is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ambon4d, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through ambon4d's internal dispute resolution process:

1. The Player must submit a written complaint to ambon4d's support team via the official support email address, setting out the nature of the dispute in reasonable detail.
2. ambon4d will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five (5) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.
3. If the internal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") body.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to take legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction where such right is conferred by applicable law and cannot be waived by agreement.
